The Pine River
Legacy Band will start this season’s
Concert series this coming Sunday, September 14th.
The band is a group of friends from Port Huron and surrounding
areas, brought together by a love of acoustic stringed instruments. Commonly known as “Front Porch Music”. Instruments range from
Hammered Dulcimers, Guitars, Mandolins, Banjos, Fiddles, Stand-up Bass,
Autoharp, Penny Whistles and Singers.
It was started by Ron Borowski through
weekly jams in friends’ homes and special historic events.
Concert starts at 3PM with an admission of $10 for adults and $5 for children. Refreshments are available. All proceeds from this concert are donated back to the museum by the band. Please support them and the museum. Remember, It's Your History, and It's Your Museum!
